  Type of Contract: Full Time 

  Place of employment: India (Gurgaon)

 The Role: Gridspertise is Enel’s brand-new business, born from the long-term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure &Networks Business Line, offering cutting edge sustainable solutions to DSO customers at a global level, to support the digitalization of electricity distribution grids and accelerate the energy transition. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Developer to join our team.  

    Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market strategy and execution within the region
  • Support development of regional strategy by analyzing regional investment scenarios and priorities
  • Provide support to technology on product and service development in terms of understanding of customer needs.
  • Relationship management with utilities and its consultants.
  • Research and analysis to keep a tab on industry developments
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build networks and the Gridspertise brand
  • Prepare response documents/proposals for submission of bids / tender
  • Experience in decoding RFP / tender documents and clearly identifying the deliverables and the pre-requisite conditions to be fulfilled

     Selection Criteria

  • Engineering graduate and MBA with a minimum of 10 year of relevant experience in renewable energy development in generation, transmission and distribution business.
  • Understanding of Indian Power sector with focus on power distribution domain.
  • Experience of bidding in Technology/IT/ Start meter projects preferably in power sector
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of complex offers and successful negotiation of profitable contracts
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as a team to tight deadlines, with a result oriented and proactive approach
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn and operate independently
