About the Job role:

Enel X’s Customer Insights Global Operations Team provides service delivery of Enel’s Utility Bill Management (UBM) platform, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence in data acquisition, data management processing, and data delivery into the array of Customer outcomes supported by UBM.

Leading Data Management team to ensure proper account and tariff configuration, Data Processing team to ensure steady delivery against processing SLAs

What you will do:

  • Lead the team to achieve comprehensive, cost effective and consistent service delivery as per SLA
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Direct control and supervision of the daily production queue to achieve SLAs
  • Workflow management and resource allocation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Responsible for RCA and CAPA
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Manage poor performance via performance improvement programs
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Familiarity with data management trends, ability to analyze complex situations and derive inferences / insights to create workable actions
  • Develops and drives process improvement initiatives, understands their impact on upstream processes
