The team Customer Success within Gridspertise is looking for Client Manager.

What you will do:

As Client Manager in the Delivery Europe Unit, you will be responsible for all activities related to:
  • Contract execution as Client main interface;
  • Contract execution as internal coordinator of operative support teams;
  • Execution of Client Delivery Plan;
  • Contract performance KPIs monitoring;
  • Contract economic KPIs monitoring.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering management, Economics and Management:

  • 3 year experience in the role;
  • Knowledge of Energy Transition;
  • Knowledge of Smart Metering and Smart Grids markets;
  • Medium experience in Logistics and Supply Chain;
  • High experience in customer management in Public Sector;
  • Medium experience in IT Systems and Digital Transformation process;
  • High professional knowledge of Project Management.
