What you will do:

As Senior HR Organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company’s organizational strategy, with the goal of optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth.

  • Organizational Strategy: Define and implement strategies to enhance the organizational structure, workflows, and business processes.
  • Organizational Development: Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities for employees, managing training and professional development programs.
  • Change Management: Manage and facilitate organizational change, promoting a flexible environment that can adapt to market demands.
  • Strategic Alignment and Communication: Ensure alignment between all departments and the company’s long-term objectives, facilitating communication at all organizational levels.
  • Position Evaluation and Job Classification: Conduct position evaluations to assess job responsibilities, align roles with business needs, and ensure equitable compensation structures
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proposing improvements and optimizations based on data and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Who you are:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in change management and process optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and develop joint solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
