Hiring Project Manager for Customer On-boarding in Operations

Candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of activities in line with the methodology established by the project team, based on the PMI project management frameworks. The main objective of this function is to ensure the on-time delivery and quality of the projects, implement improvements and best practices in the Utility Bill Management (UBM) process.

What you will do:

  • ·        Understand, interpret and deliver projects using PMI framework including but not limited to detailed project plan, project Schedule, risk identification and mitigation plan, quality plan, communication Plan, governance plan, milestone review, Lessons learnt, Project closure, accurate billing etc.
  • ·        Agree on the project timeline with the customers, and ensure timelines are met
  • ·        Create and maintain all project documents and appropriate repository on the organization platform
  • ·        Support the leadership with critical insights and business intelligence regarding the project
  • ·        Continually and proactively manage project risk and identify opportunities for improvement
  • ·        Be an excellent communicator at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a dynamic and geographically disbursed project environment
  • Work aligned to the business hours of stakeholders in North America and UK

You are a self-starter with unyielding integrity, high ability to apply, transfer and generalize knowledge, ability to recognize and solve problems, and negotiate effectively. Excellent interpersonal relationship and strong ability to work with cross-cultural teams


What we search in you:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution/university required

·        Conversant with MS Office tools like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and MS Project

  • PMP/Prince2/CAPM certification desirable
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • 5+ years of experience working with end customers, running projects involving global accounts and customers. Energy/Utility experience is a plus

·        Effective communicator and team builder

·        Organized and methodical
