The Role: Gridspertise is Enel’s brand-new business, born from the long-term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure & Networks Business Line, offering cutting edge sustainable solutions to DSO customers at a global level, to support the digitalization of electricity distribution grids and accelerate the energy transition. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project, considering timeline requirement, local and abroad resources (remote or In Loco), as well as the client´s requirement – all that following the company´s key objective and P&L target until the full handover to Operation & Maintenance
• Activity and resource planning
• Organizing and motivating a project team
• Controlling time management
• Cost estimating and developing the budget
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Analyzing and managing project risk
• Monitoring progress
• Managing reports and necessary documentation
• Develop relationship with client’s key personnel with regards to the project
• Coordination with material, solution & service partners for smooth execution of project
• Ensure timely compliances of all government agencies
• Coordinate active customer demand vs the manufacturing capacity of Gridspertise's partner factories, as well as field installation speed, aiming at delivery time and better cost, seeking the best profitability of the contract

• Management/Electronic/Computer Science Engineering, bachelor´s degree
• MBA is considered a plus
• PMI or AGILE certification in considered a plus
• 10+ years of project management and related experience
• Experience managing large and complex contract
• Experience in power sector is considered a plus
• Experience with Agile methodology is considered a plus
• Experience within Smart Metering and Smart Grids technologies of ENEL will be considered a plus

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key
