The team Digital Portfolio Governance of the Digital Solution Business Unit within Gridspertise is looking for a PMO and Governance Specialist.

What you will do:

As a PMO and Governance Specialist in the Digital field, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Supervise projects of the unit, conducting progress meeting to monitor and control both planning and costs, helping the PM and PO of the vertical units and of the Internal IT unit to facilitate issues and risks management and interact smoothly with the other units, in order to ensure the execution of the project according to the agreed objectives
• Prepare documentation to support investments sponsorship, collaborating with factory teams to define plans and estimation of the activities
• Collaborate to the unit operating model evolution, designing and implementing new processes
• Support, liaising with Planning & Control team, budget planning and progressive costs control
• Support overall executive reporting, project summary reports and specific KPIs related to Digital Portfolio
• Collaborate to challenging transformation projects in the Digital Solutions unit, supporting the definition of transformation activities and plans and their monitoring, collaborating to define and build new operating model and processes in different areas and assisting in the adoption of change management strategies, acting as a disseminator to the rest of the team

Who you are:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in STEM or Economics with:

• 3+ years of experience as a PMO/Governance specialist in the digital/IT field
• Previous experience in consulting companies
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and natural affinity for numbers
• Project management skills
• Ability to manage relationships with different business units, internal colleagues and third-party vendors
• Ability to model complex problems
• Strong attitude to accept new challenges with passion, moving flexibly across different type of activities
• Expertise in business process reengineering and IT Organizational Models and general knowledge of benchmark methodologies
• Strong attitude to work in a team and create a stimulating and positive work environment
• Excellent skills in using the Office package (with particular reference to ppt and excel)
• Fluent English writing and speaking
• Knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
