Descripción y Requisitos

The CRM and ERP Systems Specialist will be responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of all CRM / ERP systems for Enel Green Power (EGP) in Africa, its subsidiaries and other Enel companies as and when needed. The role involves user requirements analysis, preparation of functional designs, change management, system configuration, testing and deployment of the designed business solutions.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of various SAP modules, and other ERP and CRM platforms used at Enel. The successful candidate will support the EGP business units’ existing systems, facilitate design changes, and roll out of new ERP/CRM platforms.

What you will do:
  • Provide technical leadership, governance and oversight on the design, implementation and support of the following SAP modules and processes:
    • FI – Finance;
    • CO – Controlling;
    • TR – Treasury;
    • SD – Sales and Distribution;
    • MM – Materials Management;
    • PM – Plant Maintenance;
    • PS – Project Systems;
    • HR – Human Resources.
  • Provide expert support to all business units where SAP and other CRM/ERP systems are concerned;
  • Facilitate the integration of SAP with other CRM and ERP platforms within the organisation;
  • Define new solutions and execution plans of ICT projects in collaboration with all stakeholders;
  • Monitor service delivery performance for CRM/ERP systems, including incident resolution, request fulfilment, SLA adherence, and escalation management with internal teams and external service providers;
  • Provide support for functional and user acceptance testing, evaluation, and configuration of new application releases and rollout of new systems;
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify system requirements, and lead efforts for new system enhancements and/or features, as well as maintain existing system functionality and performance;
  • Work with business unit executives and service providers to introduce required ERP/CRM application functionalities within the company;
  • Provide and/or coordinate training for CRM/ERP systems to all business units;
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX where required;
  • Contribute to the periodic ICT budget definition process;
  • Produce and update documentation regarding CRM/ERP Systems; configuration, processes, change requests, functionality tests, and training manuals;
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for existing and new SAP modules, related systems and processes;
  • Provide support to the Administration, Finance and Control unit for month closure activities;
  • Assist and coordinate data migration activities where applicable, taking into consideration each country’s local needs;
  • Support user access, role management, and authorisation processes for CRM/ERP platforms in line with internal control, audit, and segregation of duties requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with central teams during all project phases, with end-to-end responsibility from design to support for the localisation of CRM/ERP systems implemented in South Africa and other countries within the Digital Satellite’s responsibility, where required by fiscal and/or legal requirements;
  • Support master data governance and data quality improvement initiatives across CRM/ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Science, Business Informatics, or a similar related field;
  • Fluent in English, other languages (Italian) are a plus;
  • 8–10 years’ experience supporting SAP ERP modules, and related enterprise business applications, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the following SAP modules and the business processes supported:
    • Finance: General Ledger;
    • Finance: Accounts Payable;
    • Finance: Accounts Receivable;
    • Finance: Asset Management;
    • Financial Supply Chain Management;
    • FSCM: Cash Management;
    • FSCM: Treasury and Risk Management;
    • Project Systems;
    • Planning and Control;
    • Plant Maintenance;
    • Procurement;
    • Inventory Management: Logistics;
    • Sales and Distribution.
  • Good knowledge of finance and accounting;
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM reporting, dashboards, data extraction, and analytics tools used to support business decision-making;
  • Understanding of data privacy, records retention, and compliance requirements applicable to enterprise systems, including POPIA where relevant;
  • Possess project management skills including scoping, business requirements drafting and review, budgeting and time management;
  • Good knowledge of ITIL service delivery framework;
  • Good knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) for compliance;
  • Good knowledge of best practice data migration processes from one system or release lifecycle to another;
  • Finance business processes and competence (connecting the use of the ERP system with business processes);
  • Master data definition and maintenance, including materials, vendors, customers, bank master data, and related records.
