What you will do:

As Key Account Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Apply market strategy and execution within the region;
  • Responsible for scouting of new business opportunities, vertical and territory market penetration and quota targets within the region;
  • Manage the overall customer journey from opportunity origination to deal closure, overseeing sales execution and efficiency through sales metrics monitoring;
  • Participate in the tendering process in collaboration with the internal stakeholder;
  • Conduct customer presentations for introducing Gridspertise solutions
  • Provide support to Technology department on product and service development in terms of understanding of customer needs.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the energy market or energy technology sales, including tendering processes. Experience in dealing with DSOs is a plus;
  • Ability to both manage existing accounts as well as build and close new relationships with strategic accounts;
  • Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new strategic relationships with key customers;
  • Knowledge of the electric utility sales cycle, market dynamics, and regulatory trends;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with electric grid technologies and future smart grid devices is considered a plus;
  • Professional Knowledge of English. Spanish and Portuguese will be considered as a plus.
