Who we are
In Solar operations and maintenance, we are responsible for managing our Solar farms and ensuring optimum performance for the benefit of the multiple households that rely on the sustainable energy we produce.
Our Challenges
We have to ensure an excellent Operational Efficiency Process for the Solar Technology by identifying the actions we need to take in order to improve plant performance.
Some examples of your activity
- Responsible for the execution of the weekly operational efficiency process for a group of solar assets.
- Ensure compliance with the global deadlines for the closing of monthly performance results, verifying that the data gathering and lost production classification is completed for all the plants in their assigned region.
- Oversee the outage management process done by the site managers, maintaining KPIs related to classified events and feedback provided by them.
- Provide data management and analysis related to generation, lost production, availability, events and outages.
- Communicate periodically with site managers and instrument & control technicians, to review and provide feedback about plant’s performance.
- Identify relevant technical issues and engage Technical Services to address them.
- Define, implement and monitor, in cooperation with Execution and Technical Services, action plans and improvement projects with the goal of increasing efficiency.
- Monitor the available dashboards and BI tools periodically, to identify underperformance issues and main drivers of lost production.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Data Science or Statistics preferred)
- CMRP
- Knowledge of the Solar technology and energy generation business
- +5 years of experience related to power plant performance analysis
- At least 1 year working with Enel as a Performance Specialist is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Italian and/or Spanish is desirable.
- Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement
- Ability to organize work autonomously, identify priorities and meet required deadlines

- 10% travel required (domestic and international)
- Mental Functions: Analyzing, comparing, calculating, compiling, communicating and strong interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: knowledge of PV technology, basic statistics, tools for data analytics (e.g. SAS VA, Power BI, and PI Vision).
- IT Tool knowledge required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Additional IT Tool knowledge preferred: PI (OSISoft), SAS, Sharepoint
- Driver License
