Duties: Support, under the coordination of the Head of the DE S&S, adoption, change management and integration of digital solutions and processes while overseeing compliance with local regulations and legislations for all Staff & Services functions (AFC, Procurement, P&O, Communication, Services and Security, Legal) for the Countries in the perimeter. Support the planning and implementation of S&S strategic systems in support of company operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in S&S systems and resources, including sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Assess and communicate risks associated with all Staff & Services Information Systems investments. Track and control annual information technology capital and operating budgets related to S&S systems. Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define requirements for new technology implementations at local level. Ensure adoption of digital solutions and continuous service delivery through oversight of service level agreements with end users and continuous monitoring of system performance. Ensure Staff & Services Information Systems operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations. Establish lines of control for current and proposed information systems. Review hardware, software and services acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale. Manage relationships with vendors for sales, service and support of all information systems and technology. Maintain problem logs, documenting system errors or defects. Serve as the primary contact to software, hardware and network-related vendors, consultants, and partners. 10% Domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.

Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field plus eight (8) years of

experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include:

Demonstrable experience with each of the following:

· Strategic planning and execution.

· Systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.

· Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.

· Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management.

· Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.

· Demonstrated strong understanding of Financial or Human Resource management principles, practices, and procedures.

· Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities.

· Demonstrated strong negotiating skills.

· Demonstrated strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

· Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.

· Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines.

· Demonstrated superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

· 10% Domestic travel required.

· Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.

Rate of Pay: $140,000.00 - $145,000.00 /year
