The Opportunity: 
This position is responsible and will be initially solely accountable for designing, developing, facilitating, administrating, and leading the execution of training for all personnel in the ENA O&M business units. This position will report directly to the Manager, Technical Training.
What You'll Do at Enel North America: 
  • Demonstrate expertise in curriculum design, implement advanced instructional strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Employ process improvement methodologies and ensure consistent alignment using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms.
  • Categorize employee behaviors, apply knowledge transfer techniques, and develop actionable organizational plans.
  • Administer employee records while maintaining strict compliance with established regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive courses and supplementary materials.
  • Apply principles of adult learning theory, track system metrics, and execute corrective measures as necessary.
  • Manage training budgets, propose innovative solutions, and determine training needs through targeted surveys and stakeholder consultations.
  • Design adaptable development plans and customized learning interventions that address organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively, facilitate focus groups, incorporate feedback, and introduce innovative approaches to training delivery.
  • Conduct thorough internal gap analyses regarding training retention, identifying areas for improvement and translating findings into strategic roadmaps for future growth.
    • Optimize analysis outcomes and provide recommendations for expansion and enhanced performance.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to personnel, ensuring clarity and active participation.
    • Conduct peer evaluations and offer constructive guidance to fellow instructors.
  • Provide coaching and leadership across both interdepartmental and intradepartmental teams, supporting organizational needs and business line priorities.

Who You Are: 
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, practices, and computer skills such as MS Office, Learning Management Systems, & Adobe Products
  • Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement approach
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with passion, drive and the ability to self-start
  • Ability to influence and guide personnel
  • High level of Internal and External Customer service focus
  • Experience working within safety management systems/quality systems and document management systems. SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
  • Occasional travel to regional offices, conferences, and site locations may be required
  • Physical Activities: Talking, hearing, near acuity, handling.
  • Mental Functions: Comparing, copying, calculating, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, communicating, instructing, and interpersonal skills.

What You've Accomplished:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science/education or related field with 2 years training execution. Associate degree or HS diploma with 4-year training execution and/or field experience will be evaluated based on knowledge, skill, & experience (Alternative technical education/experience will be considered)
  • Minimum of 5 years of business relevant experience in the Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Conventional/Nuclear power generation or other associated industries.
