職務概要

Enel X Japanの持続的な成長と収益拡大を支えるため、Head of Commercial & Corporate Affairs を募集します。

本ポジションは、日本国内の大手企業との関係構築、戦略的パートナーシップの推進、ならびに社内横断の調整・ガバナンス強化を通じて、事業成長をリードするシニアポジションです。

顧客・パートナー・社内関係者をつなぎながら、経営視点を持って重要案件を前に進めることが期待されます。

主な業務内容

• 日本国内の大手企業における経営層（CEO、CXO等）との関係構築・維持

• 今後の成長を見据えた戦略的パートナー候補の発掘、関係構築、協業推進

• 重要顧客・主要パートナーとのハイレベルな協議・案件形成の推進

• 商務、オペレーション、法務、財務、規制対応など複数部門にまたがる重要案件の社内調整

• 事業成長に向けた戦略的イニシアチブの企画・推進

• 経営層向け資料、提案資料、対外説明資料等の作成支援

• 社内のガバナンス、業務プロセス、部門横断連携の強化

• 重要案件に関する進捗管理、課題整理、関係者との連携推進

応募要件

• 商社、メーカー、エネルギー、インフラ、または複雑なB2B事業会社におけるシニアレベルでの実務経験

• 大手企業の経営層に対する折衝・関係構築経験

• 戦略的パートナーシップ、新規事業開発、アライアンス推進等の経験

• 複数部門を横断して案件を推進した経験

• 高いコミュニケーション能力、対人折衝力、調整力

• 日本語力：ネイティブまたはそれに準ずるレベル

• 英語力：ビジネスレベル以上が望ましい
