·       Carry out procurement (Direct and Indirect) for all purchase services, sourcing commodity lead for business functions;

·       Execute applicable/approved sourcing strategies and drive supplier negotiations to meet the quality, fulfilment and productivity requirements of the business, including:

o   Identification of suitable/appropriate suppliers

o   Articulation of service requirements

• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures and assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers;
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
• Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and the Requesting Unit to resolve procurement related problems.
• Support Supplier Registration and Qualification
• Collaborate with Requesting Units to understand the requirement and come up with best procurement and contracting strategy.

·       Experience in contracts structure and contract negotiation.

·       Audit Closure of related commodity.

·       Execute Procurement Annual Plans.

·       Collect and gather data on potential suppliers and carriers.

• Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required.
• Support and promote procurement processes among other business units
• Work towards a strategy of continuous improvement

·       Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Business Management or similar.

·       Minimum two years of procurement experience in an international company

·       Fluent in English is mandatory

·       Advanced knowledge of Office MS and digital tools

·       Contract management and supplier experience is a plus
