About Digital Solutions:

Digital Solutions is a highly strategic and crucial department for our product-focused company.

It was initiated with the aim of providing a modern and innovative suite of software & data solutions aligned with the Company portfolio strategy and with 
internal operational needs.

A lot goes through here: following the Gridspertise strategy and prioritization, Digital Solutions is in charge the entire design and execution of the Software 
solutions roadmap!

What you will do:

As our Digital Service Manager you will responsible for all the activities related to:
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork, with top-notch reliability, security, and performance;
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT services, oversee the service desk, handle incidents, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
  • Oversee changes and upgrades in IT systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with customer systems;
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to keep things running smoothly during IT disruptions or emergencies;
  • Monitor the performance of our services, analyze data, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and reliability;
  • Manage project delivery to ensure they’re completed on time and within budget;
  • Prepare regular reports on service status, technical issues, and project progress for senior management;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction, provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and hold regular meetings to track progress and identify opportunities;
  • Handle relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs are met for outsourced IT services;
  • Work with the product development team to improve existing products and identify new opportunities based on customer feedback;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new sales opportunities with existing customers.

Who you are:

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Information Technology with:

  • 2+ years in customer operations at a top system integration company;
  • Project Management Know-How;
  • AMS Knowledge;
  • Distribution Networks and Grids knowledge;
  • Smart Metering Solutions;
  • IT Infrastructure: Grasp of IT infrastructure and systems, including networks, servers, databases, storage, and cloud services;
  • IT Service Management: Knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL for service delivery and support. KPIs and SLAs: Understanding key performance indicators and service level agreements for IT services;
  • Vendor Management and Contract Management skills Team Leadership: Experience leading significant teams of both internal and external members;
  • Cybersecurity: Awareness of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Languages:

  • Italian (mother language);
  • English (fluent);
  • Spanish (considered a plus).
