The team Control Room and Quality, within Gridspertise, is looking for 2 Control Room Specialist.

What you will do:

As a Control Room Specialist you will join the Customer Success Team you will be in charge of the:

  • Monitoring Systems: supervise systems and equipment using various monitoring tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify potential issues and trends.
  • Emergency Response: React promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating responses and communicating with relevant personnel.
  • Reporting: Document incidents, operational performance, and other critical information for future reference and management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Team to execute routine operations and resolve issues.

Who you are:

Technical High School diploma or STEM Degree with:

  • Prior experience in a similar role would be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of the systems and technologies used in a control room.
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Spanish or other foreign languages.
