What you will do:

As Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

  • Assess capital structure adequacy of Group, the debt evolution and proposing relevant actions;
  • Develop analyses of financial KPIs and ratios, especially relating to rating and financial sustainability assessment;
  • Manage working capital optimization analysis;
  • Manage financial aspects of business initiatives and contracts;
  • Manage financial risks together with Treasury;
  • Participate in the negotiation of financial contract;
  • Support M&A activities and capital-intensive initiatives, ensuring their bankability and feasibility;
  • Support financial planning process and reporting;
  • Support Head of Unit in definition of Group financial strategies, macro actions and sensitivities, ensuring optimization of capital structure and debt composition.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Economics:

  • At least 2-4 years finance experience on corporate level in an international business environment or consulting firm (i.e. transaction services);
  • Ability to work with cross-functional unit and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with particular regard to Excel and Power Point);
  • Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of the Spanish is considered a plus;
  • Master’s Degree is considered a preferential title.
