What you will do:

As Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

  • Management and supervision of the accounting and administrative activities of the company and the group;
  • Management of asset, liability and investment cycle flows in accordance with statutory and fiscal regulations and consistent with Group policies;
  • Accounting entries and preparation of related reports;
  • Preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements and related disclosures;
  • Relations with the auditing company and the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Who you are:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Management, Finance or similar, with:

  • At least 3 years of experience in administration, accounting and budgeting;
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP and the main business processes (i.e. purchase to pay, order to cash);
  • Excellent command of the Office package;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
