The Opportunity:

The ICT M&A Integration Project Manager is a key role in the ICT Other Countries and Partnership Management unit, within the Enel Global ICT organization, and will collaborate with and report to ICT TSA Execution Director and Country Support.

This role is directly involved in new acquisition projects (new growth), Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and Reverse TSA in USA, and future Integration projects as Project Manager.

This person will manage relationship with M&A team, BD Team and all ICT stakeholders, global and local, necessary to achieve the acquisition and integration of new power plants. Furthermore invoicing, issues, incidents, relationship with the external company that will buy part of our company (likely Customer Insight) and all future TSA to manage in USA and Canada. As ICT focal point to address the issue to the proper ICT responsible for to allow a quick resolution of application and system issues.

This role is responsible for supporting ICT TSA Execution Director and Country Support and Head of ICT NA for Country activities as well.


It leads the economic analysis (ICT estimation cost for integration of new plants, Budget, Forecast, Monthly Actuals etc.) with preparation of contents for communication versus Top management (ORM, SM, BR etc.) local and Global.

It helps with preparation of contents for communication versus Top management (ORM, SM, BR etc.) local and Global.

Much of this interaction will be with regional and global teams in other locations and other time zones, so excellent interpersonal and multilanguage skills and collaboration skills are key.

It must be innovative, highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and must have validated analytical and problem-solving skills.

The person in this role will work closely with local and global colleagues in the ICT units (DE EGP, DE ENELX, DE S&S, DE GECM, IT&S ESD IT&S TLC, P&C etc.) and versus middle and top business management.

To maximize collaboration and innovation, an essential function of this role is a regular onsite presence in an Enel office. 


What You'll Do at Enel North America:

Responsibilities, include, but not limited to: 

  • Capacity to work in a complex and challenging environment, with more stakeholders (local and global), to finalize the acquisition of new power plants
  • Evaluation of integration costs of new power plants
  • Capacity to manage and lead the discovery phase of ICT assets of new power plants (cybersecurity, TLC, infrastructures, Data migration etc.) in collaboration with ICT responsible units 
  • TSA management (Invoicing, budget, incident management, issue. Etc.), management, evaluation of costs etc.
  • Reverse TSA Management 
  • Contract management
  • Manage the technical aspect of TSA contracts.
  • Preparation of ICT economics contents for top management
  • Support with the preparation/review of the Budget plan of ICT and monitor the monthly actuals.
  • Work with the Head of local ICT to monitor projects in line with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the preparation of contents for Communication to Top management.
  • Support with the preparation/review of the Budget plan of ICT and monitor the monthly actuals.


Who You Are:

  • Demonstrate skills in project management, communication, organization, and prioritization. Ability to manage time efficiently and work with little supervision. 
  • Multi-tasking, critical thinking and relationship management are essential.
  • Work effectively either independently or as a member of a geographically dispersed in different countries, with different cultures, and teams on assigned projects.
  • Ability to research and analyze technical problems, issues, and program requirements.
  • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Superior organizational skills and detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Speak and write clearly and effectively. The knowledge of Italian is valuable.

What You've Accomplished:

  • BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or related field 8-10 years of experience as an Application Analyst, Project manager or similar role
  • Experience in Management of complex Projects with multi teams involved (ICT and Business)
  • Experience in Cost evaluation and Control, Procurement Processes and Billing processes.
  • Experience in business process analysis and design.
  • Experience in Contract management (end to end process).
  • High level knowledge of Cybersecurity
  • High level knowledge of Plant infrastructures (IT/OT)

The pay range for this position is $118,400.00 to $177,600.00 per year.  The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
