Description and Requirements

The Contracts Manager will join the Operation & Maintenance Country unit and will directly report to the Head of Maintenance Services and also work closely with the Head of Solar and Wind Technology. 



What you will do:

·     Ensure compliance with Enel Green Power (EGP) O&M objectives and Company policies;

·     Manage the contract planning by ensuring that the Needs are properly planned on the Smart Planning Tool and properly monitored.

·     Work closely with O&M technical team for acquisition of technical packages that are required for tendering.

·     Work closely with Procurement unit to ensure timely monitoring of tender progress for O&M contracts and update the Contract Dashboard. Report on delayed tender process and provide a recovery plan.

·     Manage Delegated purchase (Micro-contracts)

·     Assist with periodic audits on O&M Contract Management process and ensure closure of all findings identified.

·     Ensure proper filing of contractual documents

·     Training and re-training of personnel on contract management process

·     Monitor Contract Management KPIs such as supplier performance management (SPM), Needs Planning, Delegated Purchase usage and ensure targets are met

·     Support the definition and standardization of CM processes and procedures;

·     Creation of purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO) and service entry sheet (SES) on SAP

·     Participate in contract reviews and tender negotiations.

·     Mange processing of invoices and ensure suppliers are paid on time for all service rendered

·     Ensure that O&M contracts are always in place and valid.

·     Drafting and manage budget in relation to O&M contracts. Monitor usage and where applicable initial change orders. Manage contract guarantees, liquidated damages, claims, contractual disputes etc.


Who you are:

       National Diploma in Engineering/Supply Chain/Post Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law  or similar.

       At least 2 to 5 years of experience as a contracts manager or contracts administrator.

       Experience in renewable plants (preferably wind and solar) will be highly advantageous; and Experience and knowledge in spare parts, warehousing and logistics contracts will be advantageous


What we search for in you:

       Strong contract management or contract administration knowledge of renewable plant or any energy generation industry;

       Good knowledge of SAP systems or similar systems;

       Knowledge on proper filing of contractual documents

       Knowledge on use of tools such as Micro-soft Excel, Power Point,PowerBI etc

       Fluent English, both spoken and written.
