What you will do: 

The Head of Sales EMEA is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the EMEA region, with the aim of driving revenue growth, expanding market share and ensuring the company's commercial success.

Define and execute the sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligning it with the company's global objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and customer segments to develop.
Nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Oversee negotiations and closing of strategic and complex contracts.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team spread across multiple countries.
Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing feedback and support to ensure that goals are met.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to company management, highlighting progress, challenges and proposals for improvement.
Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders including marketing, product, and support teams to align initiatives and improve the customer experience.
Ensure that the needs of the EMEA market are represented in global business strategies.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA preferred, with:

  • 8 -10 years of experience managing a distributed sales team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Lead.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, services-led sales engagements and multi-party negotiations with partners and clients in the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the power sector, with a focus on the distribution business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience interacting with C-Level executives.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to manage complex requirements and multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
