The Opportunity:
This position is responsible for overseeing the entire O & M contract strategy for all technologies including wind, solar, and battery storage being acquired via M&A activity. This position will liaise with rest of OMI Contract Management in order to ensure full integration in the normal O&M process flow and organization.

What You'll Do at Enel North America:
Responsibilities, include, but not limited to:
• Lead integration of newly acquired O&M Contracts deriving from the M&A activity for the purchase of new sites.
• Ensure adherence with Enel standards and devise mitigation plans for the required adjustment and renegotiation to the contracts. .
• Work in close coordination with OMI Contract Management and Procurement to define correct path to integration, with a view to integrate also with Global contracts.
• Examine the details of all contracts and provide training to the Site Personnel and Purchasing & Logistics Team to detail key areas of risk and important sections of the contract/exhibits.
• Work closely with the Global O&M and Procurement Teams to manage local activations of active Global contracts and make recommendations for future needs.
• Ensure that all newly acquired contracts are in complete compliance with the Central Contract Management guidelines and all company Policies, and define mitigation plans for those which are not.
• Monitor active contract usage to ensure contract continuity for the business of the newly acquired sites and proactively activate Procurement for new contracts or contract amendments, as needed.
• Responsible for initiating contract process, communicates needs with newly acquired sites/regions, strategic sourcing working alongside with O & M functions to source quality vendors & create a DB of high-quality vendors
• Monitor existing contracts and make sure that Terms & conditions (liquidated damages, warranties) are applied correctly
• Provide Contract Training to the newly acquired Field O&M Teams to ensure good information is turned over to the Contracts team and the timing of needs.
• Develop and own contract database and other tools to assist in tracking progress of contracts (monitor expiration dates, amount consumption)
• Develop a reporting structure and provide real time data of contract status to key stakeholders on a regular basis for all new sites acquired via M&A.
• Coordinate effectively with sites, TS functions, Logistics in order to collect all future needs and define how those are going to be fulfilled
• Coordinate with central EGP contract management functions to effectively define global contracts strategy and support in the correct local implementation of those
• Provide relevant reports/information (upon request) to central EGP contract management functions and participate in global initiatives related with contract management process optimization (tools development, new processes, new systems)
• Participate in contract and change order negotiation meetings after contract award by Procurement for the newly acquired sites to understand the final agreements reached.

Who You Are & What You’ve Accomplished:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of contract management, Procurement or similar activities
• Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Extensive experience in SAP, with a focus on SAP MM, PM and LOG
• Strong ability in scheduling and planning and the flexibility to maintain such as conditions change
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement
• Personnel management skills
• Able to interpret legal documents and agreements
• 20% travel required (domestic and international)
• Mental Functions: Ability to solve complex problems, Ability to make decisions based on limited information, Time management, communicating and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of power plant maintenance and operations, familiarity with the scientific process, data and failure analysis
• Physical Activities: Talking, hearing, near acuity, handling and fingering.
• A valid driver’s license operable in all 50 states and Canada and a clean driving record. A clean driving records means:
o In the last 3 years, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents.
o In the last 5 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.

What Enel North America Offers You:
The pay range for this position is $112,058 to $168,087 annually. The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
