What you will do:

As a Lead Service Designer, you will orchestrate phygital services connecting frontstage, backstage, and real world touchpoints, turning complex journeys into measurable, repeatable outcomes. You will:

  • Own the service vision and quality bar across a set of products, from discovery to delivery, with clear decision rights on methods, artifacts, and service standards;
  • Lead end to end service design for complex B2B workflows, turning insights into personas, JTBD, journey maps, and blueprints;
  • Run the core rituals for speed and quality, including discovery kickoffs, blueprint reviews, critiques, and readiness checks;
  • Turn research and operational data into clear decisions and measurable experiments that de risk change before rollout;
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and co creation sessions with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors;
  • Validate solutions with usability testing, service pilots, and field feedback, then iterate quickly to land high fidelity outcomes;
  • Drive phygital service orchestration, connecting digital journeys with devices, installations, field operations, logistics, and support;
  • Use synthetic users to pressure test journeys and phygital workflows, calibrating against real studies and using results to target the next experiments.

Who you are:

Degree in Service Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Product Design, or a related field, with:

  • 6+ years designing end to end digital services and products in complex or B2B domains;
  • Portfolio that demonstrates service blueprinting, interaction design depth, information architecture, and systems thinking;
  • Hands on experience partnering with engineering to ship high fidelity experiences with accuracy and quality;
  • Confident running discovery, mapping journeys and flows, prototyping at multiple fidelities, and testing with users;
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and hands on execution while managing multiple priorities;
  • Deep grasp of product methods to turn outcomes into experiments, measurable metrics, and roadmap decisions;
  • Experience in phygital ecosystems such as industrial, utilities, retail, logistics, or connected hardware, and experience integrating AI into research and insight generation processes is considered as a plus.
