Job Position and Business line: Head of Security

Type of Contract: Full Time

Place of employment: Gurgaon, India

The Role: Head of Security is responsible for monitoring any security threats by applying correct Security Assessment actions and designing the correct security countermeasures (perimeter barriers, CCTV system, access control, security, sensors, etc.)

Who you’ll work with: Security manager will collaborate with all departments, mitigating possible risks ensuring the competitiveness of the business, in particular.

What you will do:

Security design & solutions:

  • Analyze the security measures already present and periodically evaluate them and propose the possible improvement of the performance and the necessary implementation plan.
  • To build and keep updated a Country Security Risks Map related to civil and industrial facilities, involving the relevant Staff, Services and Business Lines.
  • To collect and steer the digital needs of Country Security processes, interfacing with relevant Global ICT units.
  • Security analysis and intelligence

Fraud Management & Counterparty Analysis:

  • The analysis activities carried out by Security, in collaboration with the business lines, are aimed at detecting and combating phenomena of theft or fraud in the production process, in the distribution of energy, as well as in the sale of goods and services.
  • The activities include the preventive analysis in the process of selecting the sales force to which the "Counterparty analysis policy".

Security incident investigation and forensics:

  • Analyze and determine the causal factors that give rise to security incidents by drawing up a "Report" whose deductions can be useful both in the development of new risk mitigation solutions and in supporting any legal action, always having clearly, a collaborative attitude with the police forces.

Critical event management:

  • Responsible for the communication process between various departments and the Top Management, in the occasion of a critical event.
  • Facilitate the actions for the resolution of the crisis by the various company functions involved and coordinate their activities.
  • Responsible for the periodic issue of the bulletin and reporting regarding any critical event that might arise (e.g., contagions due to Covid-19, earthquakes, terrorist acts, protests that block the normal performance of work activities, etc.).

People protection & Travel Security:

  • Carries out information and awareness programs.
  • Shares the results of the Security risk analysis in the clearest and most accessible way.
  • Allow the traveler to become aware of the situation.
  • Constantly monitoring threats and assets.

SECURITY THREATS AND RISK ANALYSIS:

  • Monitor any local situations of risk or threats to corporate assets.
  • Follow company instructions to avoid sabotage or disturbance of company activities, including any actions to prevent fraud.
  • Investigate security incidents or frauds in coordination with local authorities, following company procedures and in strict compliance with local laws.
