What you will do:

As a Lead Product Designer, you will blend strategic product leadership with hands-on design craft, owning discovery through delivery and raising the quality bar across the suite., you will:

  • Own the product design vision and quality bar across a set of products, ensuring clarity from discovery through delivery;
  • Lead end-to-end design work for complex B2B workflows, turning insights and requirements into elegant, scalable solutions;
  • Partner with product owners and engineering leads to shape roadmaps, define outcomes, and prioritize work based on impact;
  • Run key team rituals including discovery kickoffs, design reviews, critiques, and readiness checks to protect speed and quality;
  • Translate research and data into clear decisions, hypotheses, and measurable experiments;
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal stakeholders and customers;
  • Validate solutions with usability testing and field feedback, then iterate quickly to land high-fidelity outcomes;
  • Champion accessibility, internationalization, and rigorous documentation as non-negotiables in the delivery workflow.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field with:

  • 6+ years designing end-to-end digital products, including significant experience in complex or B2B domains;
  • Proficiency with Figma and FigJam, including components, variants, and design-system usage at scale;
  • Hands-on experience partnering with engineering to ship high-fidelity experiences with accuracy and quality;
  • Confident running discovery, mapping flows, prototyping at multiple fidelities, and testing with users;
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization practices;
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities.
  • Deep grasp of product methodologies to turn outcomes into experiments, measurable metrics, and roadmap decisions.
