our 24/7/365 Global Network Operations Centre.

About the job:

This is a very unique role. You will be provided with three months of immersive operational training.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute, infrequent, high-stress, business/time-critical situations
calmly and effectively. The operator will develop and improve operational protocol for execution on
multiple programs. You will become an expert in executing dispatch requests by Transmission System
Operators will develop an understanding of the issues surrounding grid constraints, load curtailment, frequency regulation and emergency backup generation.

Responsibilities:
• Execute Demand Response Events
• Monitor Market conditions and prices
• Global Portfolio Management
• Execute all operational procedures using the appropriate checklist
• Manage process documentation, shift logs and communications with internal and external
stakeholders
• Troubleshoot or escalate customer queries and system/device failures
Requirements:
• You will be doing shift work with a combination of days, nights, and weekends (Pitman
Schedule)
• Strong computer skills. You will work on multiple platforms and systems
• Healthy and Reliable – Completion of a physical will be required for this role
• Ambitious and willing to learn quickly
• Experience working in a professional environment
• Fluent English
• Currently living in Ireland, preferably Dublin.
