What you will do:

As Lead Frontend Engineer, you will lead the frontend engineering practice, own the architecture of our design system, and ensure technical consistency across products. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead front-end practices across multiple product teams, ensuring performance, scalability, and accessibility;

  • Own the frontend architecture and implementation strategy of the FE discipline, including our design system and shared libraries;
  • Work in a microfrontend setup, defining patterns that support modularity, autonomy, and cross-product consistency;
  • Drive adoption of design tokens, theming infrastructure, and reusable components across teams;
  • Define and evolve CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and performance monitoring tooling;
  • Leverage Node.js for tooling, build pipelines, and backend-for-frontend patterns where needed to support frontend delivery;
  • Use Node.js to support integration logic, performance tooling, and frontend-specific services;
  • Promote best practices and maintain high standards for frontend quality, performance, and maintainability.

Who you are:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with:

  • 6+ years of experience in front-end engineering, including senior or lead roles;
  • Strong experience designing and scaling design systems or frontend platforms;
  • Advanced skills in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modular frontend architectures;
  • Practical experience with microfrontend strategies;
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (a11y), internationalization (i18n), and front-end performance optimization;
  • Solid experience using Node.js for frontend tooling, server-side rendering, or backend-for-frontend purposes;
  • Comfortable working with Node.js environments to build supporting infrastructure around the frontend stack;
  • Proficiency with CI/CD practices, automated testing, and developer tooling;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
