Reporting into the Head of Internal IT, our Digital Solutions department is looking for a Support Business Domain Lead.

About Digital Solutions:

Digital Solutions is a highly strategic and crucial department for our product-focused company.
It was initiated with the aim of providing a modern and innovative suite of software & data solutions aligned with the Company portfolio strategy and with internal operational needs.
A lot goes through here: following the Gridspertise strategy and prioritization, Digital Solutions is in charge the entire design and execution of the Software solutions roadmap!

What you will do:

As a Domain Lead in the Internal IT, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

  • Taking responsibility for the overall management of the products, from both the economics and roadmap management point of view, managing the allocated resources in line according to the shared priorities and coordinating project and development activities;
  • Contribute to the investment approval process, liaising with the Governance team, developing the cost estimates and defining the benefits and the execution plan;
  • Interface the internal customer to manage product developments, prioritize requests, verify their economic sustainability;
  • Provide guidance and direction to the functional and development team based on the solution vision, acting as a bridge between business needs and development efforts, and be responsible for the technical and economic results of the solutions;
  • Monitor progress in developing solutions by providing technical and economic progress updates to Governance colleagues;
  • Guide the development of all the materials and tools needed to support training;
  • Govern and guide the evolution of solutions in accordance with company guidelines;
  • Be responsible for the team entrusted, in terms of both technical results achieved and of their growth;
  • Be responsible for the management of the external supplier, the offers of development activities and the management of estimates.

Who you are:

Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in IT, Engineering, or equivalent, with:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in product ownership or related roles;
  • Strong experience in managing external resources;
  • Strong experience in project management;
  • Team leading ability and strong aptitude for management and development of internal team;
  • Strong expertise in supplier contract management;
  • Experience with product roadmapping and strategic planning;
  • Experience in Agile and waterfall methodology;
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as a plus.
