The team Sales, within Gridspertise is looking for a Commercial Performance Specialist.

Gridspertise is Enel’s brand new business, born from the long term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure & Networks Business Line, offering cutting edge sustainable solutions to DSO customers at a global level, to support the digitalization of electricity distribution grids and accelerate the energy transition.

We are looking for a highly-motivated, proactive and curious person that will join the “Global Commercial Office” team.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams across all global regions to optimize CRM usage, providing resources and tools that enhance sales pipeline management and reporting;
  • Focus on building and delivering regular sales reports ensuring a consistent and reliable flow of high-quality, up-to-date data to global management and internal teams;
  • Monitor the internal Budget and Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against global targets, generate reports, and ensure corrective actions are taken when performance deviates from objectives;
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers/partners ensuring alignment and smooth execution of processes;
  • Translate sales processes into data models and commercial procedures, working cross-functionally with teams worldwide;
  • Gather and consolidate requirements from internal customers across the global organization;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the global team, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new ideas;
  • Support the registration and qualification process.

Who you are:

Economics or Engineer Degree with:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the planning and monitoring area f and / or previous experience in the Energy Sector.
  • Data analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • It is considered a plus having good knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.), sales forecasting, sales performance analysis, process optimization
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), as it will be the main used language. Italian, Spanish, Portuguese are considered a plus.
