Duties: 
Manage the relevant operational efficiency process supporting local O&M units, defining the criteria to measure and monitor efficiency indicators of Solar Power plants and assigning efficiency targets, in agreement with Operation and Maintenance Improvement unit. Identify, share and implement best practices, improvement solutions and verify their effectiveness. Optimize, liaising with relevant Industrial Planning & Control, production and outages budget/plan and technical KPIs. Implement and monitor technology specific indicators aimed at identifying the root cause of energy losses and to define dedicated remediation plans. Provide data management and analysis related Generation, Lost Production, Events and Outages Manage Plant models to validate Generation and Lost Production and also predict the impact of specific events in the performance targets set by local & central O & M units Manage monitoring and analysis of O&M performance KPIs, identify improvement opportunities create action plans for applying those and assure their complete fulfillment. Manage the creation of events in Pi and Plant Management to automate the flow of information to SAP PM. Perform/ participate in Benchmark Analysis with other EGP Countries and Peers. Manage Lost Energy Calculations for Reimbursable Curtailment and Insurance Claim purposes. Point of reference for the Global Solar O&M operational efficiency process and responsible for all communication with Global OI team. Support in development of new digital tools & reports for monitoring the operational KPIs of company’s wind assets and making them available to O&M local teams. Develop new internal processes for the optimization of performance monitoring and improvement of performance of assets. 10% Domestic and international travel is required. 100% Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: 
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operational Efficiency process management related- occupation. In addition, Position requires 5 years of experience related to solar plants analysis. Position also requires demonstrable experience in the following:
Demonstrated knowledge of SCADA data and SCADA technologies; Used statistical analysis methods and tools to assess performance and identify issues; Experience developing mathematical models to assess and improve plant performance; Demonstrated analytical skills; Demonstrated knowledge of PI, SAS, Power BI, SAP PM, SharePoint; Demonstrated knowledge of the Solar technology and energy generation business; Strong initiative and drive for addressing operational issues, identifying root cause and set up remediation actions; Team player; coordination and management of cross-cultural, and cross functional teams to develop digital tools and products; Demonstrated project management skills; Demonstrated organizational capabilities and attitude to be proactive, methodical, flexible and problem solving oriented; Demonstrated ability to work in independent way and for individual targets, as well as in team; and Demonstrated ability to integrate contributions from different areas/countries, and to work in a multicultural & multinational team.
10% Domestic and international travel is required. 100% Telecommuting permitted
